LESSON EXPLANATION:

This is an Intermediate Linear Half-Time Shuffle Drum Lesson that follows Lindsay’s Linear Half-Time Shuffle Groove #1. It’s based around triplets that involve ghost notes, regular notes and accents between the hi hat, bass drum and snare drum. The sticking is as follows: R L K R L K R L R R L L. The orchestration is: Hi-Hat, Snare, Kick – Hi-Hat, Snare, Kick – Snare, Snare, Hi-Hat, Hi-Hat, Snare, Snare.  I hope you dig the groove and lesson!
